Heirloom variety fig jam made from figs grown on our 10-acre boutique orchard in Santa Barbara County California. This handmade jam is packed with chunks of fruit and is more like a fig preserve. Each variety has its own unique flavor and texture profile.
White Genoa – a “green” or “white” fig with pink flesh. Has a mild and sweet flavor with hints of strawberry.
Celeste - a small but mighty “black” or “brown” fig with intense fig flavor.
Italian Everbearing – a large “black” fig with very sweet flesh.
Black Mission – the most common of the figs grown commercially. It’s a “black” fig of medium size with the classic fig flavor.
